- Indiemark's founder, Scott Hardigree, joins the newly formed email marketing company eData.com (now LexisNexis Accurint) as their Director of E-Marketing.
1999
- Scott Hardigree founds Ecisive, an email-focused interactive agency, where he served as President until it was sold to a private investor in 2003.
- Among its many awards Ecisive was named a Top 20 Email Marketing Company by bizjournals.
2003
- Scott co-founded Teramedia, an email marketing company which specialized in email list management and brokerage. He served as President and CMO until it was acquired by V12 Group in 2007.
2008
- Indiemark was founded as the first agency and services firm 100% dedicated to email marketing.
- EmailCritic.com, now a top-rated email design and strategy blog, was first launched.
2009
- Indiemark team members selected as Deliverability.com and Best Practice Institute contributors.

- Award-winning email designer, Evan Diaz, joins the Indiemark team.
